Buyers and counterparties should engage independent legal, tax, and financial advisors before making acquisition decisions.
Confidentiality: Ledgerstone treats all information shared in connection with diligence engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose deal details, financials, or counterparty identity to third parties without explicit consent. We expect the same in return for any proprietary materials we share.
Separate direct acquisition activity: Ledgerstone occasionally conducts direct acquisition conversations with business owners as a separate, distinct activity from its advisory practice. Those conversations are conducted through a separate intake path (/for-owners) and are non-binding and confidential.
